Discreet Shipping Information

We understand how important it is that you receive your order discreetly. Your order will be shipped in a plain non-descript box with the return address simply stating the box is from Order Harbor, LTD. Order Harbor, LTD will also be the name you will see on your credit card statement. You will not see the name SussexToys.com on your credit card statement, nor will you see the name SussexToys.com printed on the outside of your shipping box.

Shipping in the U.S

Please note: Post office box orders (and Military APO/AE orders) will be shipped via Priority Mail. Next Day and 2-Day Delivery orders will be shipped via UPS. Economy and Standard shipping options will be sent by either USPS or UPS. UPS does not deliver on weekends and cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Shipping to Canada

International Orders

Over Night Express Shipping

Next Day and 2-Day Delivery options are only available to customers residing inside the United States of America. There is no express shipping service available for international addresses.

At the time of check out, you will be told what day to expect your delivery when you select the Next Day or 2-Day Deliveryoption.

Delivery time will usually be between the hours of 11:00am and 7pm. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is shipped.
